Delivery charges are set at a constant value and can be viewed during your checkout process. Key Logo charges a once off delivery fee on all products ordered. Key Logo reserves the right to change the delivery fee from time to time.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer (during the checkout process) within a reasonable time. This is defined on the website according to when the order is placed and the conditions specific to the shipping carrier. The shipping time indicated is for information only and is not guaranteed. Key Logo cannot be held responsible for delivery delays for reasons beyond our control for example, recipient unavailability. All shipping charges are excluded and are shown as a separate cost during the checkout process.
Key Logo cannot be held responsible if the addressee/recipient is not present/available at the time of delivery and/or if the customer does not collect product/s at the carrier’s office, after the carrier delivers a note to the addressee/recipient to that effect. Key Logo will endeavour to re-deliver at a later date.
Defects, Returns, Refunds & Guarantees
Should you not be satisfied with any product purchased by you on the Website by reason of incorrect choice of product, or otherwise, you may, under certain circumstances, be entitled to a refund or have the product replaced, as the case may be. Refunds/returns Policy
Cooling off period:
In accordance with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT) entitles you to cancel any sale concluded on this Website within 7 days after date of receipt of the goods and to obtain a full purchase price refund within 30 days thereafter. In terms of (ECT) the seller is entitled to levy a delivery fee on the purchaser for the returning of the goods. Should the goods not have left the sellers premises the ‘early cancellations’ section below will apply.
Early Cancellations:
You are entitled to cancel (either in whole or in part) any sale without attracting any cancellation and/or administration charges if you cancel prior to the dispatching of the products so sold. Cancellations can be effected via telephone on (011) 849 9910 or via email at info@colourb4.co.za. The definition of “dispatching” refers to the said goods having left the sellers premises via courier and/or any other shipping means in effect.
Defective, damaged, unsuitable products:
If, within 1 month after delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is defective/faulty or unsuitable for the purpose for which it was indicated in the product description (or otherwise generally intended) -
You may arrange to return such product to Key Logo for inspection by notifying Key Logo on (011) 849 9910 or via email on info@colourb4.co.za
The product is subsequently found -
To indeed be defective, you are entitled to either have the product repaired or replaced at Key Logo’s expense, or be fully refunded. Should the product not be defective, you will be liable for the costs incurred in having such product returned to Key Logo and then re-delivered to you.
Exception: If the product was ordered pursuant to a “Special Offer” and such product is no longer being offered at the special price and you elect to enact the returns/refunds policy the price paid at the time of purchase will be the effected amount. This applies to all “special offers” on the website from time to time.
Responsibility
Responsibility for lost or damaged products will be borne by Key Logo until such time as the order is delivered to the recipient.

Key Logo maintains strict quality standards and adheres to all manufacture’s specifications including but not limited to ‘Use before’ dates. This information appears on all packaging. Key Logo does not accept any responsibility for products used beyond these date limitations.
At the time of placing an order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorization requested for the amount of the order.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Key Logo accepts Mastercard and Visa credit card payments via its website. Please note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, Key Logo may scrutinize all transactions very carefully in an attempt to prevent fraud and fraudulent activity and a transaction may be refused if Key Logo is not satisfied with its legitimacy.
